Politique d'expédition

All items are shipped from Revelstoke, BC. Canada shipping will always come with a tracking number, and time of shipping will depend on the option you choose. At checkout once you input your address, your shipping will then be calculated.

International orders (outside of Canada) will all depend on where you are. Keep reading below for more information.


Free shipping is provided when items in your cart add up to a minimum of $150 Canadian up to $350. This is offered within Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand. It's automatically applied at checkout. I've since removed options without tracking for international orders. I want to eliminate the mystery of not knowing where your items are, and we can't claim missing parcels unless you order with a tracking number. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.


From time to time, with orders that include multiple items, shipping calculations can be off. If there are ever shipping overages, I promptly refund the difference.


If any item is marked as MADE TO ORDER, or CUSTOM, then the time to ship will vary and will be determined for each item. Made To Order items, with the supplies on hand, can be as quick as 3 days to ship. Come the busy season (which is Fall/Winter), this will change and could be at least a week before it ships. I'll use the announcement bar at the top of my website if it goes beyond a week to ship. 

Items marked READY TO SHIP,  these will ship immediately. 1-2 business days would be the standard. 

Afterpay customers will always have their items shipped in under 14 days, no matter how busy we get. You get preference. 


For those who live in Revelstoke, you can now choose Pick Up at checkout. You'll receive an email with pick up instructions once it's ready for you.


All parcels shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post and standard shipping does come with a tracking number.  You will receive this information with your shipping notification email.

International orders used to include an option without tracking. While it was cheaper, the cons of not being able to see where a package is or claim that a package is missing solidified my choice to remove it. So now ALL packages including a tracking number. You'll receive this information once your item is ready to ship and I've printed out your shipping label.

With the delays due to Covid-19, please note that any delivery delays are out of my control and I please ask that you understand.

Packages that have been ordered and you chose an option that DID NOT include tracking (like Small Packet Air), these cannot be claimed as a missing package. I cannot give refunds or send replacements to you. These packages don't include insurance, and neither myself or my shipping carrier can actually see what's happened to it (because of not having tracking). I've since removed non-tracked options, but anything missing will be considered on a case by case basis. You can contact me directly, but my general policy is I cannot replace or refund for lost items that don't have tracking.


CANADA orders must wait 30 days after a false delivery before a replacement is issued. Customer must contact their local post office.

International orders must wait 60 days after a false delivery before a replacement is issued. Customer must contact their local post office. This applies only to tracked shipments

Australian or South African orders must wait 120 days after a false delivery before a replacement is issued. Customer must contact their local post office.  This applies only to tracked shipments

Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Any delays in customs are out of my control.
For UK customers, as of Jan 2021, due to the new Brexit, you may be subject for extra charges upon entry.
