All items are shipped from Revelstoke, BC, CANADA, within 3-5 business days. How long it takes for your items to arrive will depend on which shipping option you chose and your location. At checkout, once you input your address, your shipping cost will then be calculated.

International orders (outside of Canada) will also depend on where you are. Keep reading below for more information.


Unfortunately, while it's awesome as a customer to get cheaper shipping, as a very small business owner it's just not feasible for me to keep offering that option. Almost every package I'm sending out I end up paying $5 to $6 more out of my own pocket. The average cost of a parcel to ship within Canada is about $24 (even with my small business discount). I'm not a huge retailer or supplier and I don't get shipping discounts that make it feasible to keep offering this option.

While I do believe the flat rate shipping was helpful for customers and order conversion, if I want to stay in business then I have to make the hard decision to discontinue offering that option. My margins aren't built to take on that extra $5-$6 per order. 

I know it's not great news, but I do know that my time, my customer service and handmade items are so worth it. Thank you for understanding and please reach out if you have any questions. 

I used to have Free shipping over $200 CAD for domestic parcels. While running my Furls sale, and clearing out inventory, the margin to also offer free shipping along with the discount is not feasible. I apologise for any inconvenience and certainly take advantage of the sale this month (June 2023). 


If any item is marked as MADE TO ORDER, or CUSTOM, then the time to ship will vary and will be determined for each item. Made To Order items, with the supplies on hand, can be up to 7 business days to ship. Come the busy season (which is Fall/Winter), this will change and could be longer. I'll use the announcement bar at the top of my website if it goes beyond a week to ship. 

Items marked READY TO SHIP,  these will ship immediately. 3-5 business days would be the standard. 

AfterPay customers will always have their items shipped in under 14 days, no matter how busy we get. You get preference. 

For those who live in Revelstoke, you can now choose Pick Up at checkout. You'll receive an email with pick up instructions once it's ready for you. Local Pick Up orders process quite quickly. You can always send me a message if you're needing your order by a certain time. 

All parcels shipped within Canada come with a tracking number.  You will receive this information with your shipping notification email.

International orders used to include an option without tracking. While it was cheaper, the cons of not being able to see where a package is or claim that a package is missing solidified my choice to remove it. So now ALL packages, no matter where it is being shipped to, include a tracking number. You'll receive this information once your item is ready to ship and I've printed out your shipping label.

The exception are the Beaded Tassel Top and the Summer Lovin' Bralette. I'm able to ship those via standard mail to help save on shipping costs for you. Standard lettermail does not include tracking, but so far I've never had something disappear. 
Stickers and Stitch Markers also ship via standard lettermail. 

CANADA orders must wait 30 days after a false delivery before a replacement is issued. Customer must contact their local post office.

International orders must wait 60 days after a false delivery before a replacement is issued. Customer must contact their local post office. This applies only to tracked shipments.

Australian or South African orders must wait 120 days after a false delivery before a replacement is issued. Customer must contact their local post office.  This applies only to tracked shipments.

All orders are sent out in Better Packaging Dirt Bags, which are at-home compostable mailers. They have the strength of normal Poly mailers, but without the impact to the earth. For more information, go to


Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Any delays in customs are out of my control.
For UK customers, as of Jan 2021, due to the new Brexit, you may be subject for extra charges upon entry.
